All products at Banjaaran Studio are handcrafted and made-to-order.
Confirmation Process
Upon placing your order, a team member will contact you via voice call within 24 hours to confirm your order details. Should you be unavailable to receive the call, your order will be temporarily held, and a follow-up attempt will be made the next day.
If we are unable to establish contact after the second attempt, an email will be sent requesting order confirmation or additional contact information to facilitate confirmation. If no response is received within 24 hours of this email, your order will be cancelled.
Token Amount - COD Orders
To ensure the dedication of our skilled artisans is honored, we may require a small token amount of INR 500 to confirm your COD order in the following cases:
- If you have previously placed a COD order but failed to accept it.
- If your address is incomplete (missing house/plot number or a well-known landmark).
- For deliveries to regions distant from metropolitan areas.
- For some undisclosed reasons to ensure smooth processing of your order.

This token amount helps us prevent wastage of the meticulous work done by our karigars. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Sequential Production Process for Multiple Item Orders
In cases where an order contains multiple products of the same size, regardless of payment method (prepaid or COD), our process is tailored to ensure perfect fit and satisfaction. Since all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we dispatch the first product initially.
Production of the subsequent product begins only after the size of the first delivered product has been confirmed. A member of our team will reach out to confirm the size once the first order is delivered.

Shipping Rates
Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. COD charges of ₹99 are automatically added to COD orders.
For orders requiring same day or next day delivery within Delhi NCR, the associated charges will be borne by the customer.
Processing Time
Upon placing your order, our skilled artisans begin crafting your bespoke item with precision and care. The manufacturing process takes approximately four to five days.
Following production, it takes an additional three to four days in the courier to deliver your unique product directly to your doorstep. In total, please allow 7 to 10 days to receive your handcrafted item.
All orders are manufactured & dispatched from our production unit located in Faridabad, within the Delhi NCR region.
Shipping Methods
We rely on multiple national and international courier partners to deliver your orders across India and around the globe, such as Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, and Aramex.
We exclusively use Air Express courier services without any extra charges, ensuring your bespoke item reaches you in time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, and WhatsApp based on the details provided with the order.
Our delivery partners and our customer service team will also keep you updated on the delivery status of your parcel.

Reshipping charges
For prepaid orders, if an order is returned due to customer unavailability, an incorrect shipping address, or any other circumstances, a reshipping fee of ₹500 will be charged to cover logistics costs.
For COD orders, if the product is returned, customers wishing to make future purchases must pay 100% of their next order in advance before resuming the use of COD for subsequent orders.

Exchange Policy
At Banjaaran Studio, we aim to please every valued customer with outstanding service. Our exchange policy is designed to enhance your experience, specifically in terms of fitting and sizing.
Please review the following carefully as our policy is meticulously crafted to protect your purchases while also safeguarding against policy abuse:
A single size exchange is allowed per order. Please note, we generally do not produce half sizes; however, adjustments can be made using insocks.
Both forward and reverse shipping costs for exchanges are covered at no extra charge to the customer.
Once a size exchange is completed, the sale is deemed final—no further exchanges will be permitted.
Returns are not allowed once an exchange has been processed.
We offer free exchanges within the first 7 days after your item has been delivered. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made beyond this timeframe.
For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must remain in immaculate, resellable condition and retain all original packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts included.
When trying on shoes, we advise doing so on soft, carpeted floors to prevent damage to the soles, as scuffed soles cannot be exchanged. Please take care not to crease the leather, especially at the toe, as creased products are also ineligible for exchange. Items that have been used or worn are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Customized or personalized items, as well as products on final sale, are not eligible for exchanges.
Due to the unique qualities of leather, variations in color, grain, or markings enhance the material's natural beauty and are not seen as flaws. Such characteristics cannot form the basis for exchanges.
Differences in color or texture between the online images and the actual product are natural, given the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in digital screen settings. These discrepancies do not constitute manufacturing defects and are not valid reasons for exchanges.
This policy ensures that while we are flexible in accommodating your needs, the terms are set to prevent the misuse of our exchange privileges.
Second Exchange Policy
In the event that a customer requires a second exchange, a fee of INR 1000 will be charged. This fee covers the logistics costs and the production of the new product.
Exchange Process
At Banjaaran Studio, we understand that flexibility in exchanges can greatly enhance your shopping experience. Here’s how you can easily manage exchanges with us:
- To initiate an exchange, please click here to submit your exchange request. Following your submission, email us photographs of the product(s) and packaging intended for exchange to support@banjaaran.in, including your order ID and name. Note that if the photographs reveal any signs of wear or an unsellable condition, we will be unable to proceed with your exchange.
- After verifying the product's condition through your photos, and ensuring they meet our policy standards, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our delivery partner. Please ensure someone is present at home to hand over the item. We will make three attempts to collect the return; if unsuccesssful after these attempts, the exchange request will be canceled.
- Receiving and inspection: It typically takes 3-5 business days for the returned item to reach our shipping center. Upon arrival, we inspect the item to confirm that it is undamaged, retains its original packaging, and remains in unused condition.
- Quality Check and Order Processing:Once the returned product has passed our quality inspections and is confirmed to be in sellable condition, we will initiate the exchange by creating a new order valued at INR 0. This exchange order will be treated as a new production order, undergoing standard processing and dispatch procedures. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for this process to complete. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Please note, once an exchange is processed, returns and refunds are no longer possible. This exchange process ensures that both your interests and the integrity of our products are maintained.

Return Policy
At Banjaaran Studio, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. We do not offer bank refunds, nor do we provide refunds in any other form. Instead, all items purchased can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to a coupon code, which will be shared with you via email once we receive the returned product. This credit note is exclusively for use with the same email ID on which the initial order was made and cannot be transferred to another email ID or customer account.

Warranty Policy
Three-Month Warranty Policy
Banjaaran Studio guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship, under normal usage, for a period of three (3) months following the date of purchase.
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Banjaaran Studio may, at its discretion, either repair the defect or replace the item. This decision is contingent upon the confirmation of the defect.
Customer Responsibilities: All costs related to shipping and handling for warranty services must be covered by the customer.
Resolution Options: Subject to the defect verification, the product may be repaired, replaced, or customer will be provided with a credit note.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
The warranty does not cover:
