Satin stitch and shading on embroidered flat shoes
On the embroidered pointed flats here, the hand embroidery is satin stitch, its threads laid side by side to fill each shape and shaded with long and short stitches that blend each colour into the next, and the finished work rises off the printed silk satin. The Enchanted Lillies adds leaves in chain and stem stitch. Each mule is made from EU35 / UK2 to EU42 / UK9.
Embroidered leather shoes with a twin lion
Leon, the embroidered shoes for men, comes in Coal, a black leather, and in Olive. On each, the twin lion is hand embroidery in many colours of thread, split down the middle by a contrast leather strip. The loafers have no laces, buckle or strap, stand on a handmade rubber outsole and are made from EU39 / UK5 to EU46 / UK12.
