All our products are handcrafted and made-to-order from our production unit in Faridabad, Delhi NCR.
Enjoy free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹99.
For urgent deliveries within Delhi NCR, extra charges apply and are paid by the customer.
Processing & Delivery Time:
- Crafting Time: It takes about 4-5 days for our artisans to craft your bespoke item.
- Delivery Time: After production, expect 3-4 days for your item to be delivered, totaling 7 to 10 days from order to delivery.
We use reliable couriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, and Aramex for shipping. Air Express services are used at no extra cost to ensure timely delivery.
You'll receive tracking information via email, SMS, and WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can track your order Tracking Link.
Reshipping Charges:
- Prepaid Orders: A reshipping fee of ₹500 is charged if the order is returned due to unavailability or incorrect address.
- COD Orders: If returned, future purchases must be paid 100% in advance.
Shipping Delays: While we aim to deliver on time, delays due to external factors like weather or logistical issues may occur. We will keep you updated on any delays and the expected delivery date.
